Original or alternative parts? All our spare parts are OEM... but, believe us... after 30 years in the industry, traveling to factories around the world, we've selected the best suppliers!
What warranty does the short blocks / engines have? These items are offered as-is, without any remaining warranty coverage. The mechanical workshop responsible for the installation must ensure that all operating and maintenance conditions are met according to manufacturer specifications.
Valve seals included in gasket sets? In the item descriptions, you'll find if the valve seals are included.
Head gasket included in gasket sets? Included in the upper gasket set.
Engine torque specs? Information provided for orders with a minimum supplied.
How to confirm a quote? When you receive a quote, at the bottom, you'll find two links: one for payment and another to confirm the quote.
Where is the tracking number? When the goods leave our premises, you'll receive a shipping notice along with its tracking number. (The invoice with the tracking number is also sent the following day.)
Do orders allow returns? Once the goods have left our premises, returns are not accepted unless there is a mistake in the supply by GMOTORS.
Delivery times? Delivery times are adjusted depending on the moment and circumstances of confirmation and payment, as well as many external causes such as holidays, delays in factories, and incidents with carriers.
Factory supply (from the moment of payment)? Until your confirmation and payment, we cannot close the order with the supplier. Additionally, depending on the moment, they may or may not send it from the factory. (Causes beyond GMotors' control)
External variations in delivery times? Due to causes entirely beyond GMotors' control, delivery times may vary due to weather incidents, incidents by the transport company, delays in pickups, holidays, order confirmations outside our working hours, etc.
Cash payments for engines and short blocks even with an account? Engines and short blocks must be paid for at the time of reservation due to our company policy.

Returns not accepted with open boxed spare parts? Returns will not be accepted once the merchandise and, if applicable, packaging have been manipulated.
